Cancellation Policy

Payment is required upfront to confirm an order. An order is considered confirmed only after payment and order details have been accepted by Bakes by Nikki.

Cancellations are not accepted once preparation, ingredient procurement, baking, decoration, packaging, or customization has started.

Requests made before preparation starts may be reviewed based on the order type, timeline, and materials already arranged. Custom cakes, hampers, and large orders may have stricter cancellation limits because planning begins earlier.

Changes to flavor, size, design, quantity, date, pickup, or delivery details are subject to availability and may not be possible after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery is available only in selected areas and depends on distance, timing, and availability. Delivery charges are separate and depend on location.

Pickup can also be arranged by the customer through Porter or a similar service. Any pickup or delivery charges arranged by the customer must be borne by the customer.
